As a Bartender, you are responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for every guest.

Guest Experience: Provide attentive, knowledgeable service while building genuine connections with guests.

Beverage Preparation: Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and specialty beverages with consistency, accuracy, and presentation in mind.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, sake, and menu offerings while making personalized recommendations.

Bar Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, inventory levels, and bar presentation throughout service.

Financial Integrity: Accurately process transactions while following all cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.

Responsible Service: Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies while promoting a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
