Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards
• Verify guest ages and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations
• Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips professionally
• Restock bar supplies efficiently to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members to uphold a lively yet safe environment for all patrons

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and drink mixing measurements
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
