About Us

Perla's Pizza is a lively neighborhood spot in Winter Park known for great pies, a fun atmosphere, and a bar program our regulars love. We're looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and help keep the energy and the drinks flowing.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time bartender with 2-3+ years of experience who can handle high-volume service while still crafting a great cocktail. You'll be the face of our bar program, delivering excellent hospitality alongside quality drinks in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve draft and bottled beer, wine, cocktails, and craft drinks with speed and consistency
• Manage the bar during high-volume rushes while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Take orders and process payments accurately using our POS system
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift
• Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming experience for new guests
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of professional bartending experience, including craft cocktails and high-volume service
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed during busy rushes
• A friendly, outgoing personality with genuine hospitality instincts
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Florida and able to obtain any required certifications (e.g., Responsible Vendor training)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
