Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, beer brewing, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service times using strong time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Previous experience working with beverage programs involving spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail creation, or bar management is highly desirable
