Bartender/ Senior Bartender

About the role

Lounge Hakuba is a popular bar and restaurant in the heart of Hong Kong. Our mission is to deliver quality cocktails, drinks, food, and dining experiences that are both exceptional and accessible, while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Having proudly served our community for 7 years, we are undergoing a revamp to refresh our space, offerings, and standards. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender. Your contribution will be key in shaping Lounge Hakuba's refreshed identity and ensuring it continues to be a favourite destination for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the bar operations including stock ordering, stock management and menu design
• Conduct R&D for cocktail recipes
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service, drink quality, and dining ambience
• Train and supervise team members
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Foster a positive, collaborative and productive work environment for the bar team

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing bars or similar hospitality venues
• High standard customer service skills to cultivate loyalty with staff and customers
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and promote a teamwork atmosphere
• Train, assist and guide junior staff with passion, patience and dedication
• Proactive with full command and responsibility of the overall bar operation
• Cheerful and positive team player, open minded with positive attitude
• Able to develop and grow as part of the team
