Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote ongoing sales
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately using POS systems
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies to ensure smooth operations during shifts

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining or nightlife environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving drinks and attending to guest needs
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Experience with beverage crafting including brewing or brewing-related knowledge is advantageous
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event shifts as needed
