Bartender Server Bottle Service

Job Overview

Duties

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits; apply mixology skills and follow beverage recipes and food-safety practices.
• Welcome guests, take orders, recommend beverages, and deliver attentive table and bottle service.
• Process orders through point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS or Micros POS where used; handle cash transactions accurately.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and organized; handle food safely and follow venue procedures.
• Coordinate with coworkers to manage busy service periods and resolve guest needs promptly. Your impact: Accurate, attentive service helps guests feel welcomed and keeps service flowing for the whole team.

Experience

• Required: Customer service, time management, basic math, cash handling, and experience with bartending, serving, or food service.
• Preferred: Restaurant, hospitality, nightclub, fine dining, banquet, or catering experience; cocktail, craft beer, wine, spirits, brewing, or beverage recipe development knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems, sales, cashiering, food handling, food safety, retail math, and processing cash transactions is helpful.
• Bar management experience is a plus; knowledge of hospitality and the food industry is welcome.

Pay: $5.00 - $27.77 per hour
