Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, adhering to all food safety standards.
• Provide attentive table service in various settings including fine dining areas, nightclubs, or banquet events.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy with retail math and basic math calculations.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
• Assist with catering events or banquet setups by serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces; restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests, upselling menu items, and resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that encourages guest loyalty.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and sales transactions.
• Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus but not required.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
