Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests promptly and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end
• Assist with food service duties such as delivering meals, refilling beverages, and catering to special requests during events like banquets or nightclub functions
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest consumption and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for billing, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
• Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus; familiarity with serving in high-volume settings such as nightclubs or large events
• Basic understanding of brewing processes and beverage preparation techniques
