Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nights at nightclubs or banquet events.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies diligently.
• Utilize excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining top-notch customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
• Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques or the food industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $11.41 - $30.00 per hour
