Full-Time Bartender / Server

Third Coast Provisions, a fine-dining restaurant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Bartender / Server to join our team in a full-time hybrid role.

We are looking for a qualified candidate who has a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent service, and creating memorable guest experiences. This position is unique in that team members will work shifts both behind the bar and serving on the dining room floor, so applicants should be confident and comfortable in both roles.

The ideal candidate has previous bartending and serving experience, strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails, and an interest in continuing to grow their food, wine, and beverage knowledge.

We also value creativity behind the bar. Our bartenders have the opportunity to contribute ideas, experiment with flavors, and help develop creative cocktails and seasonal offerings while maintaining the standards expected in a fine-dining environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous bartending and serving experience strongly preferred
• A passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Ability to work both bartending and serving shifts
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
• Interest in wine, food, and beverage education
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new cocktails
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Dependability and flexible availability

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
