Bartender / Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper sanitation practices.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
• Will get Tips certified as you get hourly plus tips
• This is a PM, AM or both shift

Experience

• Familiarity with culinary terminology and food safety practices is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments are essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
