Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable bartender/server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver food promptly while maintaining food safety standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
• Engage with guests to promote specials or upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while providing excellent customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle inquiries professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate bill calculations
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced hospitality environment
