Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and customer preferences
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of cash transactions and credit card payments
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours, including catering events or nightclub nights

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits brands a plus
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours
• Familiarity with beverage recipe development and brewing processes for craft beers or specialty drinks
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting within the hospitality industry

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
