Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience and promote sales of specialty drinks and menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Process cash transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate the guest experience while staying within responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Support bar management with inventory control, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records of sales and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transaction management.
• Extensive cocktail experience along with a solid understanding of mixology techniques.
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, beverage recipe development, and food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a high-energy setting.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and processing payments.
• Prior experience in fine dining establishments or banquet settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
• Hospitality industry experience that demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and professionalism.
