We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender / Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at the end of each shift.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Skilled in mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices.
• Experience with cash handling, retail math, basic math skills for processing payments and balancing registers.

Pay: $22.94 - $27.62 per hour
