Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Take orders accurately using Toast POS system, ensuring efficient processing of cash and card transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering beverage recommendations, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in food service by delivering dishes promptly and checking on guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends in mixology and beverage crafting.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of POS system. Experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine pairing, and spirits knowledge; familiarity with beverage recipe development is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Food safety certification or knowledge of proper food handling procedures required; experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales, tips, and inventory management.
• Nightclub or banquet experience is preferred; familiarity with brewing or craft beer trends is a bonus.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
