WHAT OUR BARTENDER DOES?

We need people who can handle a fast-paced Italian dining floor. You will be trained to do it all:

1. Prepares excellent beverages for guests within standard serving time.

2. Maintains beverages product standards through constant checking and tasting.

3. Maintains and sees to it that all Bar Products are available.

4. Complies with Bar hygiene procedures, maintains Bar display and recommends corrective action if necessary.

5. Responsible for the cleanliness of the bar area before, during and after operations

6. Responsible for the cleanliness of glasswares, blenders and other bar utensils and equipment. Ensures that these items are clean, spotless and available at all times.

7. Ensures proper inventory, storage and handling of all raw materials, utensils and equipment.

8. Performs physical inventory count, daily stock update in respective report forms.

9. Controls bar costs (materials and bar supplies and other variable costs) through strict compliance to procedural standards. (Inventory, Requisition, Production, FIFO, etc.)

10. Follows new systems and procedures to achieve smooth workflow within the Bar Area.

11. Prepares the accurate reports submitted to the Quality Controller.

12. Perform any other task to be given from time to time.

• COMMUNICATION: You can talk to customers confidently and clearly.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or any food & service industry related courses is a plus, but not required
• RELIABILITY: Honest, on-time, and zero drama.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
