Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Upscale Mexican Restaurant Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, recipes, and presentation techniques to ensure innovative drink offerings.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Develop new beverage recipes and customize drinks based on guest preferences or special requests.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions.
• Uphold all food safety regulations, responsible alcohol service policies, and health guidelines to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in upscale bartending environments, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues with a focus on craft cocktails and mixology.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development.
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and authentically.
• Experience working in hospitality industry settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet services.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
