Bartender - Vault

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Welcome guests, provide attentive service, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.

Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following all responsible service guidelines.

Operations: Accurately operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain organization behind the bar.

Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area while following all local hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Friendly, customer-focused approach
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must obtain:
• Boone County Food Handler Card
• Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training Certification

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to provide documentation for Form I-9 to verify identity and employment authorization.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening.
• Must have a bank account for direct deposit.
• Must be 21 and over.
• Availability requirements: must be available for two day shifts per week, at minimum must be available to work weekends, including home football games.

Vault is located on the lower level of The Tiger Hotel. This swanky bar is known for its award-winning cocktails and great atmosphere. The Vault is a great place to take that special someone, but also a cool, quiet place to hang out with friends.

The Vault is seeking a Bartender. Must have previous bartender experience. Seeking an individual who is social and loves to build clientele.
