Responsibilities

• Perform flair bartending routines that entertain guests while preparing high-quality cocktails and beverages
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks accurately
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide outstanding service
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service operations, including catering events and banquets
• Maintain a lively atmosphere by managing bar flow during peak hours in nightclubs or fine dining settings

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail preparation techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Ability to perform flair bartending routines safely while entertaining guests
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
