Bartender/All Rounder

Job Title: Bartender / Front-of-House (New-ish Venue!)

Location: CAFE DUO / Cheltenham Town centre

Employment Type: Part-time / 3 shifts per week, Thursday-Saturday evenings only

CAFE DUO is opening for evenings — and we’re looking for a pro bartender to join us!

We’re a brand-new independent cafe with a big ambition: great drinks, great food, great people and an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

We’re now opening 3 evenings a week and are looking for a confident, energetic Bartender / all-rounder to be part of our evening team.

The Role:

You’ll be at the heart of our evening service, looking after the bar, providing table service and helping create a brilliant experience for every customer.

Your role will include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks
• Providing warm, friendly and genuinely great hospitality
• Keeping the bar and cafe clean, organised and looking its best
• Supporting the wider team with food running, clearing tables and POS
• Helping create the relaxed, vibrant atmosphere that Cafe DUO is all about
• Keeping on top of stock, set-up and close-down

We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending or strong hospitality experience
• A confident, friendly and outgoing personality
• Someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people
• High standards and great attention to detail
• A reliable, positive team player
• Someone excited to be part of a new independent business

You don’t need to know everything — but you do need energy, initiative and a passion for great hospitality.
