Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop innovative beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting for guests.
• Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and creating a lively yet professional atmosphere.
• Supervise bar staff and bartenders, offering training on drink preparation, customer service techniques, and safety protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of food industry trends, fine dining standards, cocktail mixology techniques, wine pairings, and beverage trends like craft beer and spirits.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and health & safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.
• Assist in managing special events such as banquets or nightclub nights to maximize sales opportunities.
• Foster a team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements : 2 plus years in a bartending role. Experience with inventory management and ordering a must.

Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
