Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, specialty coffees, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Develop beverage recipes and experiment with new drink ideas to enhance menu offerings
• Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments using POS systems and managing cash handling procedures
• Assist in bar management duties including stock replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining a lively atmosphere during peak hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or barista roles within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, beverage recipe development, and craft beer styles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering and retail math is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining attention to detail in food safety standards
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing payments, measuring ingredients, and managing inventory effectively
