Bartender/Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender you will be serving beer, cocktails & wine as well as providing the role of a Barista, making coffee and tea drinks as well. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a hospitable environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a great attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Serve Coffee, Beer, Cocktails and Wine.
• Work well & communicate with a team.
• Provide excellent customer service & connect with guests.
• Provide a positive environment for teammates and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar, in dining rooms and outside. Responsibilities include but are not limited too: opening/closing, greeting guests, taking orders, prepping stations, prepping beverages, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, etc

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be over 21 years of age
• Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Candidates must be able to lift 40lb, be able to stand long hours and upwardly mobile for long periods of time.
• Personable, Active & Teachable.

Wages & Benefits

• Estimated Salary after tips starting at: $18 per hour based on qualifications, hours and initiative.
• Shift Drink (Coffee or Tea)
