Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, utilizing craft beer experience and mixology skills
• Manage beverage recipes and develop new drink offerings to enhance the menu
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing cash transactions efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction
• Cook and prepare food items with attention to food safety standards and quality control in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and guest areas in accordance with health regulations
• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms or common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with fine dining or catering background preferred
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, wine selection, and spirits handling
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling practices
• Experience with banquet service or retail math is advantageous for inventory management and sales tracking
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales calculations
