Bartender/Dining Staff

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess At least High School Graduate
• TESDA certification (Food & Beverage Services NC II) or equivalent training is a plus.
• Bartending or mixology certification is an advantage but not required
• Minimum 1 year’ experience as a bartender.
• Experience in cocktail preparation and bar operations
• Work Location: Molito Lifestyle Center, Alabang
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through upselling and promoting featured beverages.
• Assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain positive guest interactions.
• Ensure drinks are consistently prepared to standard recipes and presentation.
• Manage stock responsibly to reduce waste and losses.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with food & alcohol regulations.
• Support colleagues and contribute positively to team performance.
