What You'll Do:

• Serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
• Host and supervise axe throwing and pinball sessions (don't worry - we provide all training!)
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Take and run food orders
• Assist with private events, parties, leagues, and special entertainment experiences
• Set up and tear down event spaces
• Stock bar supplies and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue, including bar and guest areas
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to ensure every guest has an amazing experience

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly, reliable, and personable
• Comfortable speaking with and engaging groups of guests
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Willing to learn new skills - including becoming a certified axe throwing coach
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on their feet for extended periods

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
