Job Summary
The Renaissance at Kellam hall are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ FOH to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent hospitality skills will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and in good condition.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and health codes while handling ingredients and serving beverages.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Serving Food at events

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• A friendly demeanour with outstanding communication skills to foster positive interactions with guests.
• Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Must have own transport
