The Role

As a Bartender/FOH team member, you will be expected to take on both bartending and server shifts throughout your work week.

On your designated Front of House shifts, you’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences, support smooth floor operations, and bring energy and warmth to every service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a welcoming, professional approach
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accurate billing
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining area
• Assist with setup, table turns, and service flow during busy periods
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Uphold health, safety, and service standards at all times

On your designated Bartender shifts, you’ll craft cocktails, pour drinks, and be a key part of the bar experience, helping bring our lakefront venue to life with energy, speed, and style.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beers, and other beverages
• Engage with guests to deliver friendly, memorable service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar station
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and bar prep
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a high-quality venue
• Passion for cocktails, spirits, and hospitality
• Previous FOH experience in hospitality or high-quality dining
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Calm, confident, and efficient under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
