Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender ( full time & part time ) to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company standards and legal requirements for food safety.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or food service, ideally within a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Effective time management to ensure timely service and minimise wait times.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Personal presentation that reflects the standards of the establishment and enhances guest experience.
