Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders and transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at shift end

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments with a strong foundation in mixology and beverage presentation
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and cocktail techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Background in hospitality industry roles including restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable
• Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
