Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting for guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly during busy hours.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail techniques, beverage recipe development, wine selection, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS systems such Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods.
• Experience working with craft beer menus and brewing knowledge is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly..
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations including cash handling and billing accuracy
• Serving food in an upscale atmosphere with grace and professionalism.
