It's a chance to be part of something bold, creative, and growing — and to put your own signature on it.The RoleWe're looking for a talented, charismatic Mixologist/Bartender to bring craft, theatre, and personality to our bar. You'll own the full guest journey from behind the counter — from the first warm welcome to the last sip of the night — while helping shape a cocktail programme that's constantly evolving.What You'll DoGuest Experience

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages to an exceptional standard
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable service that reflects the TALL brand
• Create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar
• Offer personalised drink recommendations tailored to each guest
• Handle feedback with confidence, professionalism, and grace

Craft & Creativity

• Develop and refine cocktail recipes with creativity and technical precision
• Contribute seasonal and themed drinks to our evolving menu
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality on every serve
• Stay ahead of trends, techniques and emerging ingredients

Bar Operations

• Maintain a clean, organised, well-stocked bar at all times
• Monitor stock levels and flag re-orders proactively
• Assist with stock control and minimise waste
• Ensure full compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
• Follow opening/closing procedures, health & safety, and Challenge 25 policies

What We're Looking ForEssential

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a busy, quality-led environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and contemporary bar techniques
• Excellent communication and guest-facing skills
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and quality
• A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Nice to Have

• Formal mixology training or certification (e.g. WSET, Bar School)
• Experience in premium, design-led, or concept-driven venues
• Involvement in menu development or cocktail programme creation
• Passion for Afro-fusion culture, world flavours, or culinary creativity

Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour
