Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards in all bar areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock ordering when needed.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to support catering events, nightclubs, or special functions requiring bar service expertise.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or mixology within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order fulfillment.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of proper food handling procedures required.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling.
• Experience with beverage recipe development and mixology techniques preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including food safety regulations and alcohol service laws.

Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour
