Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and creativity
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tabs efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink mixing techniques, and beverage presentation
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to serve guests warmly and professionally
• Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a lively, fast-paced environment
