Vida is one of the hottest new restaurants in Westchester, offering elevated cuisine, a vibrant atmosphere, and an exceptional guest experience. As part of a rapidly growing restaurant group with plans to expand, we’re building a team of talented hospitality professionals who want to grow with us. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender / Mixologist to craft outstanding drinks, engage with guests, and help define Vida’s beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
• Create innovative seasonal cocktails and contribute ideas to our evolving beverage program
• Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and enhancing their dining experience
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times
• Operate the SkyTab POS system (Or similar POS System) for order entry and payment processing
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Monitor and maintain bar inventory; assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy shifts

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience; fine dining or craft cocktail background preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, wine, and beer
• Creative, with a passion for developing new and unique cocktails
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with SkyTab POS or similar systems a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work collaboratively with a team
• Must be 21+ and able to stand for extended periods
