If you thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to apply and contribute to our reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding service to guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and professional manner during events- Greet guests warmly and check in with them throughout the event to ensure satisfaction- Assist with event setup and preparation, including stocking and organizing bar supplies- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after events- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service- Follow all safety and sanitation standards in handling food and beveragesSkills and Qualifications:- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a professional appearance- Knowledge of beverage preparation, including classic cocktails and wine service- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts- Food and beverage service certification or equivalent is a plusAt the Harvard Club of Boston, we foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and growth. Pay: $21.48 - $21.56 per hour
