Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, spirits, and craft beers, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently
• Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the guest experience and keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste through effective stock control
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours, including handling banquet or catering events when required

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a bartender or server in a high-volume or fine dining setting
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage recipe development
• Demonstrated ability in food service operations, including serving food safely and managing multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Experience with beverage trends like craft beer and mixology; familiarity with food safety standards is essential
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as nightclub or banquet functions

Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
