Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently handle food and beverage orders, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, POS systems, and excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Duties

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as per standard recipes
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Serve food and drinks promptly while managing multiple tables efficiently
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience
• Follow food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations in the food industry

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and attentiveness
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and calculating bills or tips
• Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Must be at least 19 years old or older to serve alcohol responsibly

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
