Job Overview

German Kraft is a unique business brewing to the German Purity Law in all our sites. We have also partnered with Jim & Tonic to deliver a fully sustainable package of products with our own Gins, Vodka and Rum.

As an expanding business both in Europe and the UK, we are looking for Bartenders of all levels of experience to join our company and add their own passion and skills while maintaining our own high standards.

We are looking for;

• Customer service skills; confident in their abilities and able to converse with customers and their team.
• A calm and focused individual who is able to work well under pressure, during the busy periods.
• Willingness to do more and progress, we like to promote from within i.e. supervisors and management positions
• The ability to up sell and recommend, we offer a wide variety of beers, the more you know about them the more likely the customer is going to walk away satisfied with their purchase
• A good memory! We serve a vast number of changing/seasonal Beers and Cocktails
• Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, bartending, or serving is required
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team environment.
• A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
