Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with precision and flair, utilizing your mixology skills.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of service.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop creative beverage recipes and suggestively sell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption in compliance with responsible service policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and creating a lively yet professional environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in bartending or serving roles.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cocktail mixing, wine varieties, craft beer, spirits, and beverage recipe development.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle cash handling and basic math accurately.
• Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with food handling and food safety standards is essential.
