Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including Alien cocktails, wine, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using TOAST POS system, processing cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks, menu items, and specials, enhancing their overall experience through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service during busy hours
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote a safe environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending and serving within fine dining or hospitality settings; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of TOAST POS system
• Expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, brewing techniques, and spirits experience.
• RAS certified or equivalent. REQUIRED
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is advantageous.
