Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations while serving drinks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills is a must.
