Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and safety standards
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
• Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing and change handling
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance their experience
• Assist in setting up tables, restocking supplies, and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Strong bartending skills including mixing drinks, garnishing, and understanding drink recipes
• Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
• Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions confidently
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
