Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, providing friendly recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Engage with guests in a lively, professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and dining areas, following health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or serving roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment comfortably.
