Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and skill
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems
• Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring timely service during busy hours.
• Handle cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up stations, serving guests, and maintaining a lively yet professional atmosphere.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality background preferred.
• Knowledge of Toast Systems preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately.
• Passion for friendly service, creating relationships with guests, and working well with others as a team. • Current TABC and Food Handler License are mandatory
• Experience preferred
• Open availability preferred, hiring for both lunch and dinner shifts

Pay: $2.00 - $30.00 per hour
