Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations when appropriate
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Follow all food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while providing attentive service
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
• Work one late night a week with our DJ night

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles, including excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in bartending and serving within a restaurant or bar setting
• Understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems and order-taking procedures
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well as part of a team
