Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate drink and food orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Mix and serve beverages according to standard recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving dishes and refilling orders promptly
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service
• Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and alcohol service to ensure guest safety

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is required, especially in bartending or serving roles.
• This role is for a bartender; however, this role will also assist with serving shifts as required.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively
• Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions, making change, and calculating tabs accurately
• Understanding of food safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service
• Experience in hospitality environments demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and teamwork

Pay: $23.66 per hour
