Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste through effective stock control.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy nights, including nightclubs or banquet events.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, particularly in bartending or serving positions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or high-volume venues like nightclubs or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
